GI Joe Bazooka Figure
1985 figure of Bazooka from the GI Joe Real American Hero toy line of Hasbro. Call me weird but when I was choosing GI Joe figures as a young boy I chose based on a "tactical" requirement. By this I meant that I bought Bazooka because I wanted somebody on "my squad" to have massive firepower when needed.
Then of course my thinking gets funnier when I say that I bought the GI Joe figure Alpine because he was Bazooka's friend and I didn't want him lonely. Of course they were friends in the TV series with Alpine being the noisy one and Bazooka just being the quiet reserved one.
Bazooka with his helmet removed. The face of the figure looks dirty because some of the details got removed due to constant playing that I decided to repaint it with Tamiya Enamel black. Did such a lousy job of it and it was a lesson learned on my part to always use a fine brush when painting details.
Bazooka's boots look shiny because I painted them with Tamiya Enamel black back in the 80's. Nice to know that the paint is still hanging on well.

Backpack showing canteen and spare rockets
Rocket Launcher that came with the figure. The weapon was molded in black and as I young boy I took the liberty of painting some it Tamiya Acrylic White to detail it up.
