Posted before that the DMK Bumblebee and Optimus Prime by Takara Tomy at the 50th Shizuoka Hobby Show was what stole the show for me. As a model kit builder I have no qualms about the Bumblee Bee model kit not being able to transform to car mode. Because usually after I finish building a robot model kit I wouldn't dare to transform it. Least I scratch the paint job that took a very long time to finish (what with the drying and the countless layers of paint applied.
As a side note, I got to watch Transformers Dark of the Moon yesterday with my wife. Thank God that it was still showing and that the lines to the Harry Potter movie were long. Compared to the 1st and 2nd movie, I have to say that the plot of this movie was really thin and had a lot of holes in it. Major irritant to me was how they always injected the human element plot (sam & his parents, sam & his girlfriend) of the movie in the story timeline at the most inopportune time possible...like during climactic scenes. And yeah, the movie sucked without Megan Fox. But like what I said before, who cares?, the actions scenes were really what made the movie great.
