Along with the announcement of the release of Basara Nekki's 1/60 VF-19 Kai Fire Valkyrie from the Macross 7 anime series by Yamato Toys was an announcement for a 1/60 Sound Booster for the said 1/60 VF-19 Fire Valkyrie.
Was quite surprised however when I saw this product up already at Yamato Toys website, what shocked me was the selling price of 10,290 yen, whoa! Quite expensive for an add-on. I guess however that Yamato Toys can justify this with the size of it.
The Sound Booster used by Basara Nekki for the VF-19 Fire Valkyrie functions as a set of external speakers to augment speaker system of the Fire Valkyrie.
Available this August, the 1/60 VF-19 Fire Valkyrie's Sound Booster is up for pre-order at Amiami for 8410 yen, 8820 yen at HobbyLink Japan, 8330 yen at Hobby Search
