The 1/60 Eltemus model kit by Kotobukiya that was taken from the Break Blade(also released as Broken Blade in some parts) 6 Part OVA. This kit was released in July of 2010. This particular mecha belongs to the Athens Commonwealth and is a part of the squad commanded by Zess.
In the story, the Eltemus is a very advanced mecha that is difficult to pilot but in the hands of a capable pilot is very dangerous in the battlefield. Technically the Eltemus is part of the "enemy" which has sought to capture and occupy its neighboring country, Krishna. Athens is technologically superior to Krishna when it comes to weaponry and would not stand a chance in a direct confrontation.
Zess is friends with the King and Queen of Krishna during their youth. In his thinking he cannot stop the attack but thought that in order to spare the carnage of the main army of Athens invading, he would instead attack right away the capital and force it to surrender. Unknown to him is that the surrender conditions sent by Athens to Krishna has a verbal only message that states that the King and Queen will have to be executed.
