Beginning D Gundam from the Gunpla Builders series that was targeted to entice the next generation of Gunpla builders. Unlike most Gundam anime's where the hero is the Gundam and the Newtype pilot, here the protagonist is the Gundam Model kit and the kid who built it. This was released this month as 1/144 High Grade model kit by Bandai.
If I'm not mistaken, this is the 4th Beginning Gundam variant released as a High Grade model kit. Previously there was the Beginning Gundam, Beginning 30 then the Beginning J which was released this month also.
