Kotobukiya Frame Arms 1/100 NSG-25 Strauss English Manual & Color Guide

The dinosaur looking NSG-25 Strauss is a companion unit to the 1/100 Kobold and were released together on the same month by Kotobukiya for their original Frame Arms line of model kits. Together, the Strauss and the Kobold can merge to form the Weisheit robot that is an amalgamation of their different parts.

The NSG-25 Strauss is the third unit in the Frame Arms series designed by renowned modeler Naoki and is a totally unique robot. Somewhat resembling a robotic dinosaur, the Strauss has large reverse-articulated legs, tiny grasping arms, and a long forward-stretching neck ending in a sleek “head” that can mount weapons. Like all of the Frame Arms robots, it is built on a basic robot skeleton, or “Frame,” which is highly articulated and covered in universal 3mm attachment points (compatible with Koto’s Modeling Support Goods series and much more) for extreme customization. Equipped with spikes and multiple weapon accessories including leg-mounted missile launchers, this robot stands 6 inches tall (1/100 scale) and is comprised of approximately 200 parts with multiple points of articulation. The Strauss can combine with the NSG-12 Kobold (sold separately) to create the incredible Weisheit robot utilizing all of the smaller units’ weapons and special features
